Cave of Saints Theodoroi

The small church of St. Theodore is modulated inside the cave of Zonaio mountain. The surviving wall painting seems to cover several years, but especially two phases are distinguished, belonging to the 11th and 13th century, when they formed to places of worship. It is basically a cave in which the pilgrim can enter from a metal construction with ladder. In the walls of the cave, despite the vandalism, the visitor can still distinguishes the exceptional art wall paintings. The access is done by crossing a rural road through an amazing journey with many streams and natural beauty.
